The Great American Eclipse is heading our way!
Get ready folks! This once in a lifetime eclipse will track from the Pacific to the Atlantic parts of the United States. The moon will pass between the Earth and Sun to create this fascinating once-in-a-lifetime experience. It will be the first total eclipse visible only in the U.S. since the country was founded in 1776.
Since this will happen during daylight hours and pass by quickly (around 1,800 mph), you must have proper eye protection.
