Purchasing glasses is an investment! Most patients do their best to protect that investment but let’s face it, accidents happen. If you get your new glasses with us, we’ve got you covered!
Your new eyewear from Thomas Eye Center includes:
- A one year warranty on frames and lenses. This includes a (2) time replacement on frames and a (1) time replacement on lenses.
- Complimentary adjustments and cleanings for as long as you own your eyewear. If you lose a screw or a nose pad, not a problem, we can replace those too.
- Within 30 days, if you have questions about your vision with your new eyewear, please call our office.
- Within 30 days, if you are not completely satisfied with your new frame, you can exchange it for a restocking fee of $25 and a 25% charge of the usual and customary fees for your new lenses.
