This picture of Dr. Stuart Thomas, hanging out with his father, Dr. Gerald Thomas, was taken in early 2009.
In 1951, Dr. Gerald Thomas started the practice on College Avenue at the heart of downtown Athens. In 1971, the office was moved to 1077 Baxter Street, where it still resides. Stuart joined his dad in 2004 and Gerald retired shortly after.
Both of these amazing men have held presidential offices in both Georgia Optometric Association and SECO International, LLC.
