If a customer is not completely satisfied with their frames and/or lenses, we provide a period of 30 days within which a customer can receive a refund as indicated by the following policies:
For prescription frames, we will gladly give you a full refund on the frame. However, there is no refund on the prescription eyeglass lenses.
Due to the specialized nature of lenses, they are NON-REFUNDABLE and can only be exchanged if deemed defective or if the prescription was determined to be incorrectly made.
If a doctor determines that a prescription change is needed within 30 days of purchase, we can provide a one- time free lens replacement. This free replacement will include the same materials and enhancements as the original purchase, if those items are presently available at Thomas Eye Center. If a customer chooses to upgrade their lenses during the prescription change, the difference in cost between the original lenses and the upgraded replacements must be paid.
There will be no refunds for contact lenses due to FDA regulations.
